The Scandinavian Owner Operator System

Unlike many of our competitors, Scandinavian does not subcontract our services. We feel this makes it hard for a cleaning company to maintain consistent quality control.

To avoid this problem, Scandinavian designed a program called the “Owner Operator System”. The Owner Operator enters into a partnership with Scandinavian to maintain a high level of cleaning consistency on a specific project.
